Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, city, optional phone and photo), membership and payment records, and your notification choices with the time you gave consent.

Payments

DOPA does not collect card details. For bank transfers we keep the payment reference, amount, status, the transfer details you submit, and any proof image you upload.

Messages

We send job alerts by email, and later by WhatsApp, only on channels you switch on. You can change this in Account Settings at any time.

Who sees your information

Active members can see your name and posts in the community. Administrators can see account and payment records for support and audit. The public membership check page shows only your initials, tier, status and expiry date.

Your choices

You can update your profile, change notification choices or ask DOPA to delete your account through the contact page.
